Application Instructions

1. Print and complete entire application.

2. Provide copy of drivers license and social security card.

3. Provide copy of 2 most recent pay stubs. If self employed your last 2 years tax returns.

4. There is a $45 application fee per person over 18yrs. Your application will not be processed without this. No exceptions will be made.

5. Once completed you can either fax it to 813-830-7316 and call in your application fee with a credit card or you can bring it into the office in person at 1250 E. 113th Ave, Tampa, FL, 33612.

What to Expect Next

Once we receive your application we will review it in full to make sure you have provided enough information. We will then make contact with your employer and previous landlord. We will also fax them both a verification form to complete. Each applicant has a credit check conducted as well as an eviction check and criminal background search. Once we have compiled all this information we will then make a decision on your application. The entire process takes around 48hrs.
